Making a Complaint
Piercing is a form of surgery and always carries a risk of complications. It is unpredictable who will develop complications. We strive to minimise the risk of complications but inevitably problems will occur for some persons.
If you have a problem please tell us and we will do our best to help. If you have a complaint about our service tell us and we will endeavour to improve our service.
If you feel your problem is not being properly addressed, you may call the New South Wales Health Care Complaints Commission who will investigate your case.
