Mark - To PA Or Not To PA

(Editor's Note: I asked Mark to write this experience to give another perspective on the Prince Albert piercing.)

For guys considering the addition of a Prince Albert piercing.

After seeing the erotic pictures and reading the glowing experiences I decided on a Prince Albert for my first piercing. The procedure was painless thanks to anesthetic gel. The healing uneventful all be it a little uncomfortable at times. I had a 10g 7/8 inch circular barbell through a hole in the underside of my penis and out through my urethra. The sensation of the stainless steel as it rubbed the urethral wall was extremely sexually stimulating for the wearer as was the extra attachment for the sexual partner.

The big problem which is rarely discussed in the experiences articles is urinating. The penis skin's ability to stretch causes the extra hole not to be water tight. Also the fact that the ring passes through the urethra causes a non controllable fountain to result. Therefore the solution is to sit, not all that convenient when you're in a hurry and there's only one cubicle.

After up sizing the ring from 10g to 8g then 6g in an effort to stop the leaking I realised I would eventually end up with a 10mm 150gram or more piece of SSS in my penis, which didn't appeal to me. Also the urethral stimulation diminished after a couple of months of wearing the PA. I could therefore see no reason to continue with it. I removed it completely six months after the initial piercing.

I am left with a 2mm hole in the underside of my penis and therefore still have to sit to urinate, very inconvenient.

There are other genital piercings which are probably less of a hassle.

Mark
