Will nipple piercing stunt my growth?

I've had my nipple pierced for like 3 weeks now, I'm a 13 year old girl,
and I was just wondering if that will cause complications in the growth
of my breasts?
e-mail reply:
Piercing your nipple should not cause any complications in the growth
of your breasts provided that you do not get any major infection. So be
very diligent about aftercare. Do the saline soaks every day and wash
each day with an antibacterial soap with either chloroxylenol or triclosan.
